Every Cat Balcony and Protective Mesh is built by hand to your exact window or balcony measurements. Because of this, we can't offer a standard "change of mind" return once production has started — there's no way to resell a piece built for someone else's window.
If your order arrives with a defect, or doesn't match what we agreed on together (wrong dimensions, wrong colour, damage in transit), get in touch within 14 days of delivery:
Send us photos of the issue. From there, it's your choice: we'll either repair or adjust the piece at no extra cost, or give you a full refund.
Handmade steel work has natural, minor variation. The following are within normal production tolerance and aren't treated as defects: small differences in wire shape within the mesh, minor paint imperfections (slight roughness, thin spots), and a dimensional tolerance of up to 5 mm from the agreed measurements.
If you need to change or cancel your order before production has started, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate it. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible, but we'll always talk it through with you.
