Every Cat Balcony enclosure and Protective Mesh is made to order, to the measurements and specifications you provide us during our conversation on WhatsApp. Prices shown on the website (from 899€ for the Cat Balcony, from 279€ for the Protective Mesh) are starting prices — your final price is confirmed with you before you pay, based on your exact window or balcony dimensions. All prices shown are final prices, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
There is no checkout or online payment on this website. To order, you contact us via WhatsApp, we agree on measurements, colour, and any add-ons, and we confirm a final price with you. Production only begins once you have confirmed the order and paid in full.
Full payment is due upfront, by bank transfer, before production begins. We will send you our bank details once your order is confirmed. Delivery costs to the UK and US are calculated per order and invoiced separately at the time of dispatch; delivery within Europe is typically included. For deliveries outside the EU (including the UK and US), you are responsible as the recipient for any import duties, customs fees, or import VAT charged by your country's customs authority; these are separate from our price and are usually collected by the courier on delivery.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and are confirmed with you individually. Products ship flat-packed with a video installation guide.
Because each product is made to your personal specifications and is not a pre-made stock item, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases generally does not apply once production has started, in line with EU consumer protection rules for custom-made and personalised goods. If you have any concern before production begins, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order does not match what was agreed, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp (+48 699 810 680). At your choice, we will either repair or adjust the affected piece, or provide a full refund. This is in addition to any statutory warranty rights you have as a consumer under Polish law.
Minor variations that don't affect safety or function — small differences in wire shape, minor paint imperfections, or a dimensional tolerance of up to 5 mm — are considered normal production tolerance and are not treated as defects.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. If we can't resolve a complaint directly, EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
