Ask us directly →The Cat Balcony (899€) is a full steel enclosure that extends beyond your window frame, giving your cat a real space to sit, walk, and lounge outside. The Protective Mesh (279€) is a flatter steel grid that covers a balcony railing or window opening to stop falls and escapes — no extended space, just a safety barrier. Not sure which fits your setup? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
The Cat Balcony is designed for casement windows — the kind that swing open. If you have a different window type, get in touch and we'll help you figure out the best solution.
No, for either product. Both are secured using steel brackets or clips that grip the window frame or railing mechanically — no drilling, no damage, no marks. Safe to install in a rented flat, and fully removable when you need it.
We provide a short video guide for both products showing exactly what to measure. All you need is a tape measure — it takes about 3 minutes. If you're unsure, send us photos or a short video on WhatsApp and we'll check your measurements for free.
Follow the video guide, use a proper tape measure, and send us your photos to confirm — and you won't go wrong. We review every measurement before production begins. If there's ever an error on our side, we fix or remake your order. No arguments.
Both products are welded steel — not fabric, not a plastic kit. The Cat Balcony is tested to 40 kg of load capacity, including dynamic testing at 70+ kg of human weight (jumping, pulling, hanging). The Protective Mesh is built to the same steel standard and holds firm against a cat, dog, or child leaning their full weight on it.
Galvanised steel with powder coating means no rust, no warping, no degradation. We're confident either product will outlast 10+ years of daily use — and likely several generations of cats.
Standard mesh is 5 × 5 cm — safe for cats over 4 months old. For smaller animals, we offer a 2.5 × 2.5 cm mesh option; note the finer mesh has a slight wave to it from the manufacturing process, which is normal.
Yes. We can powder-coat either product in any RAL colour at no extra cost. Some custom colours may add a little extra production time, but we'll let you know in advance.
Yes. The powder-coated galvanised steel is rust-resistant and can be cleaned with standard household cleaning products. Over time, welding points may show minor surface oxidation — a quick wipe with a cloth is all it takes.
Yes. We offer a mosquito net panel as an optional add-on for the Cat Balcony. It attaches to the outside of the enclosure using adhesive tape, keeping insects out while still allowing fresh air in.
We provide a full step-by-step video installation guide for both products. No professional is needed, but we recommend two people for the Cat Balcony, as it's solid and heavy (approximately 15 kg). Our team is on hand via WhatsApp or email if you have any questions.
Yes. We ship across Europe (typically free), to the UK, and to the US. Delivery costs for the UK and US are calculated per order — contact us for a quote. Delivery is paid separately upon dispatch.
Delivery time varies depending on your location. Get in touch and we'll give you a realistic timeframe for your country.
We're thorough about quality, but no manufacturing process is 100% perfect. Minor variation in wire shape, small paint imperfections, or a dimensional tolerance of up to 5 mm are within normal production limits. We will replace or remake your order if more than 5 mesh wires have detached from the frame, or if there's a serious defect affecting safety or usability. If a mistake is ours, we make it right.
