This website does not have a contact form, order form, or account system, and does not collect personal data directly through the site itself.
If you contact us via WhatsApp or another external channel to ask about a product or place an order, you provide us with personal data directly through that channel (for example your name, phone number, delivery address, and photos or measurements of your window or balcony). That exchange is governed by the terms of the platform you use to contact us (e.g. WhatsApp's own privacy policy) as well as this policy. We use this information solely to discuss, quote, produce, and deliver your order, and to provide after-sales support.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and may transfer data to Google servers, including outside the European Economic Area, under Google's standard contractual safeguards. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also process technical, non-identifying data (such as IP address) as part of delivering the website to your browser, which is necessary for the site to function.
Order-related personal data (name, contact details, delivery address) is kept for as long as needed to complete your order and provide support, and afterwards for as long as required by Polish accounting and tax law (generally up to 5 years for invoices and related records).
